ICAROS - Next Dimension Fitness

The ICAROS is flight simulator training device with compatible virtual reality (VR) headset that turns the core muscle exercise into a more dynamic one. The user lies horizontally in a prone position with forearm support on a motion platform specially equipped with movement sensors that are able to detect any changes in the user's direction and translate them into virtual reality (VR). VR glasses and a large screen give the user a real sense of flying. It lets you slide your legs and arms, tilt forward and backward, and roll from side to side, controlling your in-game movements and providing a comprehensive workout of muscle groups: neck, chest, shoulders, abs and quads. It also improves balance, concentration, and reflexes.
